The Rooh Mini Dress in Heritage Blue truly romanticises the magic inherent in hand-block printed fabric. The captivating mini length neatly finished with a bottom tier ensures a perfectly flowing feminine silhouette, with a gorgeous array of florals in the most beautiful blue with pink accents on a white base. Featuring delicately extravagant blouson sleeves with an elasticated cuff, a sweet front tie, and blue-coloured cotton underlining.
